Heart opener
Stand sideways next to a wall, placing your arm against it at a 90-degree angle.
Gently rotate your upper body forward until you feel a stretch across your chest and shoulder.
Hold for 20–30 seconds on each side.
Relieves tension and is especially good when you feel like you’ve been hunched over the keyboard all day – as so often happens to me 🙂
