Body Scan (5 min.)
Find a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting upright.
Slowly bring your awareness through your body — from your head, down through your neck and shoulders, along your arms, torso, legs, and to your feet.
Simply observe what you feel, allowing each sensation to be just as it is.
