Day 13
Shake it out
Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Begin to gently shake your arms and legs, letting them move loosely.
Then include your shoulders and head, allowing your whole body to release any tension.
Continue for 1–2 minutes, until you feel lighter and more awake.
