Il est toujours volontaire. Dans le cas d\u2019un envoi formel, la partie qui oriente un collaborateur vers Lyra re\u00e7oit en retour uniquement une information lui indiquant si le collaborateur a contact\u00e9 Lyra ou non.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.1.2. \u00a0\u00a0 S\u00e9ances de consultation individuelles en face-\u00e0-face<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cas de probl\u00e8mes \u00e9motionnels plus complexes, les appelants ont la possibilit\u00e9 de demander des r\u00e9unions conseil personnalis\u00e9es sous forme de clarification, de r\u00e9solution, de conseil en cas de crise ou de th\u00e9rapie \u00e0 court terme (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 8 sessions maximum). Celles-ci se d\u00e9roulent chez des psychoth\u00e9rapeutes reconnus par l\u2019\u00c9tat proches du lieu de travail. Sur demande, ces r\u00e9unions peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications du r\u00e9seau de conseillers Lyra<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lyra dispose de son propre r\u00e9seau de conseillers multilingues en Suisse. Les crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection des conseillers sont exigeants. Lyra collabore exclusivement avec des psychologues agr\u00e9\u00e9s qui d\u00e9tiennent une formation compl\u00e9mentaire psychoth\u00e9rapeutique, th\u00e9orique et pratique, selon les directives PSL internationales, qui sont membres d\u2019une association professionnelle de psychologie\/ psychoth\u00e9rapie reconnue en Suisse et plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Les conseillers de Lyra ont de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans diff\u00e9rentes disciplines et peuvent apporter une aide dans des domaines tels que les relations, la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l\u2019alcool ou \u00e0 la drogue, le deuil, les dettes ou traumatismes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Tous les conseillers doivent organiser eux-m\u00eames leur propre supervision conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions des associations professionnelles et souscrire des assurances sur les risques. Ils travaillent dans leurs propres cabinets, lesquels sont visit\u00e9s par Lyra avant d\u2019\u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au r\u00e9seau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lors de l\u2019attribution d\u2019un conseiller, Lyra tient compte autant que possible des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences du collaborateur, par ex. quant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge, au sexe, au contexte culturel, \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et la bonne disponibilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conform\u00e9ment aux directives de Lyra, ces conseillers sont disponibles \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de chaque site d\u2019entreprise. Lyra investit pour cette raison beaucoup de temps et d\u2019efforts dans le d\u00e9veloppement et l\u2019accompagnement de ce r\u00e9seau professionnel de conseillers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.1.3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Impl\u00e9mentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de Lyra, la pr\u00e9sentation et la communication aux collaborateurs font partie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus importants du Programme d\u2019Aide aux Employ\u00e9s (EAP). Elles d\u00e9terminent le degr\u00e9 d\u2019acceptation et d\u2019enthousiasme des collaborateurs vis-\u00e0-vis du service. Le contrat peut \u00eatre r\u00e9sili\u00e9 pour la fin d\u2019une ann\u00e9e contractuelle moyennant un pr\u00e9avis de 6 mois.<\/p>\n<p>Si le contrat n\u2019est pas reconduit, votre entreprise s\u2019engage \u00e0 informer les collaborateurs de la fin de la fourniture du service et \u00e0 leur donner instruction de ne plus passer d\u2019appels.<\/p>\n<p>Si toutefois des collaborateurs\/membres de la famille devaient se signaler, leurs demandes d\u2019assistance seront rejet\u00e9es par Lyra. Lyra ne fournit plus de conseils apr\u00e8s la fin du contrat. En cas d\u2019appels r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin du contrat par des collaborateurs ou des membres de leurs familles, Lyra se r\u00e9serve le droit de facturer ses d\u00e9penses (temps, frais de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone).<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.2.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Chaque partie est autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9silier imm\u00e9diatement le contrat par \u00e9crit si dans le cas o\u00f9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une partie se rend coupable d\u2019une violation grave du contrat et ne rem\u00e9die pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat non conforme au contrat dans un d\u00e9lai de 30 jours apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception d\u2019une demande \u00e9crite de l\u2019autre partie l\u2019enjoignant de supprimer l\u2019\u00e9tat contraire au contrat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>une partie fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure de faillite ou cette partie fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une liquidation.<\/li>\n<li>la poursuite de la relation contractuelle est devenue objectivement intol\u00e9rable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>13.3.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En cas de r\u00e9siliation du contrat, Lyra m\u00e8ne \u00e0 leur fin toutes les prestations de conseils entam\u00e9es avant la fin du contrat, y compris le nombre n\u00e9cessaire de s\u00e9ances conseil avec un salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
