The objective of Corporate Health Management (CHM) is to maintain and promote the health, well-being, and performance of employees. Motivated, healthy, and efficient employees are the most important prerequisite for any company’s success. But only a holistic approach to Corporate Health Management (CHM) will deliver the desired success.

Many progressive companies invest time and money in CHM measures.

But often the desired goals are not achieved due to the lack of a holistic concept:

  • Preventive mental health measures are too unilaterally focused on stresses caused by circumstances, i.e. operational conditions at the workplace. However, the conduct of the affected employees is crucial for maintaining or promoting mental health and reducing stress.

  • Not enough consideration is given to stress caused by the personal life of the individual employee. Since the founding of our operation in 2000, our statistics have shown that 70-80% of issues that exert a negative impact on health and performance come from the personal environment.
